Christian and Katherine Funk have lived in Carson Valley for over 20 years and founded Liberty Homes in 2001. Christian personally oversees the homebuilding process; Katherine leads interior design and architectural consultation.
Their project managers, superintendents, excavation specialists, carpenters, and office team carry that hands-on standard through every phase.

Yes. The team provides consultation for lot selection, permitting, interior and exterior design, cost-effective planning, and construction or permanent financing options.
Who oversees the build?
Co-founder Christian Funk personally oversees the homebuilding process from the first consultation through design, financing, and final construction, supported by Liberty Homes’ project managers and superintendents.
Where is the office?
1452 Hwy 395, Unit C, Gardnerville, Nevada. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM; closed weekends.
